If your machine has an issue within the warranty period that you believe to require actions covered by warranty* and you would like your machine to be picked up from and returned to your home, please buy this service-product and follow the instructions below. Please note that you can alternatively bring the machine yourself to our workshop in Goldach without the according transportation costs**.
Procedure:
1. Please fill in the fields for serial number and problem description during the checkout process and press save. (The 13-digit serial number can be found at the bottom of the machine, as well as on the original packaging and our delivery slip)
2. As soon as we checked your order, we will send you a special transportation box with our carrier Planzer Pakete, from whom you will receive a separate e-mail with tracking and the possibility to make adjustments to the delivery. (If you do not allow us to forward your e-mail address to the carrier company, please leave a comment with your order)
3. Inside the transportation box you will find a sticker with a QR code, which is the return label, and a delivery slip. Place your naked machine inside the box without any loose parts or accessories, slide the delivery slip into the document pocket on the side of the box and stick the return label sticker on top of the box.
4. Inform us once your machine is ready for pickup (stone@kialoa.ch).
5. We will instruct the carrier to pickup your box. Usually, the first pickup attempt will be made on the following day. If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a note in your mailbox with instructions to coordinate the pickup.
6. Once we serviced your machine, we will send it back with the carrier. Please follow steps 3 to 5 to return the empty box to us.
7. As soon as we receive your box back, we will reimburse you the transportation costs of CHF 50**.
* If there is no right to warranty according to the Terms & Conditions, a minimum of CHF 140.- according to Estimate of Costs will be charged in addition to the transportation cost. In order to claim warranty, you have to add a copy of your sales receipt.
** In a confirmed case of warranty you don't pay for transportation. As soon as we receive your empty box back in the end, we reimburse you the transportation costs of CHF 50.
