Private customers (Service & Costs):

Next to the right coffee, the perfect dial and the self-cleaning of your portafilter machine, we recommend doing a service every one and a half to two years. Doing a service takes us around three working hours and contains a complete opening of the machine, including removal of the boiler for external descaling, replacement of various seals (also as a preventive measure), a complete functional check and a safety check. Our service center in Goldach meets the highest standards. As an official brand representative, we are in direct contact with the manufacturers to ensure that we are always at the cutting edge of technology. In addition, we only install original parts.

The portafilter machine can be brought directly to us in Goldach or to a specialist retailer. Our qualified specialist retailer have the option of sending your machine to us in Goldach in a secure transport box if required. Qualified specialist dealers with their own service center qualified by us (card) carry out all work themselves on site. These include the following workshops:

Gastronomy (Service & Costs):

As technical problems also result in a loss of sales, we work with partners who are 100% reliable. For service and/or repairs, they are easy to reach and will visit you directly. In the catering industry, we recommend a service including descaling and replacement of various seals approximately once a year. Ideally, this appointment should coincide with the annual replacement of the water filter, which is also carried out by the service partner. Our service partners for this are:
