Servicing
Home Users:
You can bring you machine directly to us by prior appointment or just drop it off at your point of purchase. All our specialized resellers have the possibility, if needed, to send us your machine in a special transport box. The following specialized retailers with a qualified repair shop will do all repairs on your machine directly in their own workshop:
Servicing & Costs
The servicing includes about 3h of work, a complete disassembling of the machine incl. removal of the boilers for external descaling, replacing of seals (also preventive), a complete functionality test and a safety test.
In our servicing workshop in Goldach we uphold the highest quality standards. As official brand representatives, we are in constant exchange with the manufacturers to stay up to date on latest technologies. We also only use original spare parts.

Our Recommendations:
For home machines, we recommend a service every 1.5 to 2 years.
Use only filtered water according to our water standards (PDF) to keep your machine running well and uphold warranty rights. Clean your machine frequently according to our video instructions for Rocket Espresso machines and La Marzocco machines. Never descale the machine yourself with water reservoir descaling products!

Our Recommendations:
We recommend servicing your machine including descaling and replacing of seals about once a year. Ideally, this corresponds with the annual replacing of the water filter, which can also be done by the servicing parter. This guarantees the upholding of our water standards (PDF) for warranty rights and maximum coffee quality. Also for reasons of quality and longevity, we recommend a daily cleaning of the machine according to our video instructions.
