It is very important for us to not only sell equipment for professional coffee preparation, but to share our knowledge how to make the perfect coffee using it. This is why we opened one of the first professional Swiss barista schools in 2011. Since then we have trained hundreds of baristas and helped train many competitors for the Swiss Barista Championships.

Barista Gastronomy-Practice

Barista Competence
Comprehensive bean to cup course for competent baristas. In this 2 day course we build up the theoretical know how and the practical skills required for professional baristas to make informed choices and manage coffee quality in a cafe.

The Barista Atelier - Premier Training Campus
 
The Barista-Atelier is a place for baristas to learn and train hands-on with professional equipment under the instruction of qualified coaches. It is a training center of highest standards. Course participants get to train at individual work stations equipped with modern gastronomy espresso machines, grinders and tools. A touch technology presentation screen hooked up to a sound system allows for interactive teaching and great learning experiences. We are located right at the train station of Goldach, so visiting by public transportation could not be easier.
