Recommended for single espresso dosing and Cold Pulled Espresso (cold extraction).
The cylinder shape of this 12g basket allows for a more even extraction than the classic single basket shape.
For a Cold Pulled Espresso, the smaller 12g basket allows for a lower dose in comparison to the standard double basket and therefore more extraction at equal shot size.
Recommended dosing:
Single Espresso: 14g > ca. 28g Espresso
Cold Pulled Espresso: 15g > ca. 60g Doubleshot
