Thanks to its dual boiler system with independently controlled PID boilers, the R58 Tune delivers exceptional temperature stability for both espresso extraction and steam performance. The professional rotary pump allows operation via the internal water tank as well as through a direct water connection – quiet, consistent, and built to professional standards.

Tune Technology

A new level of control over the brewing process, allowing baristas to precisely shape the brew curve for every coffee. With TUNE technology, both the pre-infusion phase and the final stage of extraction can be timed at a fixed pressure of 3 bar.

This ensures even saturation, reduces channeling during the initial phase, and provides a smooth finish to the brewing process in order to minimise the bitterness typically extracted at the end.

This three-stage approach gives baristas the ability to highlight the characteristics of origin, roast profile, and grind size to their fullest potential. Whether working with carefully selected single origins or refined blends, this preset pressure profiling system opens up a new spectrum of flavour and consistency.
