Estimate of Costs for La Marzocco GS3 with Home Pickup

If your LA MARZOCCO GS3 requires a repair after the warranty period has expired, or has a problem that is not covered by the warranty under our Terms and Conditions, and you would like the machine collected from and returned to your home, purchase this item and follow the instructions below. Alternatively, you can bring the machine directly to our workshop in Goldach.

The cost estimate includes opening the machine, a thorough assessment of the problem by our service team, and a quotation setting out the proposed repairs. The CHF 480.00 paid in advance is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quotation.

Procedure:

1. Enter the serial number and a description of the fault during checkout, then click Save. (The 8-digit serial number can be found on the rating plate on the right-hand side of the machine, as well as on the original packaging and delivery note.)

2. Once we have reviewed your order, we will send you a special transport box via Planzer Transport. You will receive a separate email from Planzer with tracking information and options for managing the delivery. (If you do not consent to us sharing your email address with the transport company, please add a note to your order.)

3. Let us know when your transport box is ready for collection (info@kialoa.ch). We will then email you a return label. Please attach it to the transport box in a clearly visible position before collection.

4. We will arrange for the transport company to collect your box. The first collection attempt usually takes place the following day. If you are not at home, Planzer Transport will leave a note so you can arrange collection.

5. Once we receive your machine, we will assess it and provide you with a quotation. If you accept the quotation, we will carry out the repairs. You will receive an invoice for the additional work quoted.

6. Once your machine has been serviced, we will return it to you by Planzer Transport. Please follow steps 3 and 4 again to return the empty box to us afterwards.
