The professional rotary pump allows operation via the internal water tank or direct water connection – quiet, consistent, and built to professional standards.

Tune Technology

A new level of control over the brewing process, allowing baristas to precisely shape the brew curve for every coffee. With TUNE technology, both the pre-infusion phase and the final stage of extraction can be timed at a fixed pressure of 3 bar.

This ensures even saturation, reduces channeling during the initial phase, and provides a smooth finish to the brewing process in order to minimise the bitterness typically extracted at the end.

This three-stage approach gives baristas the ability to highlight the characteristics of origin, roast profile, and grind size to their fullest potential.
