The pour-over module is located under the counter and forms the technical basis of the system. This is where the water is heated, the temperature stabilized, and the precise brewing parameters controlled.
The module ensures a constant temperature and stable water pressure, guaranteeing consistent extraction and reproducible results.
At the same time, the modular concept allows for flexible expansion: one module can operate either two pour-over taps or one tap and one hot water tap.
