Servicing for Rockte Appartamento/ TCA/ NOW or La Marzocco Linea Micra with Home Pickup

If your ROCKET APPARTAMENTO, ROCKET APPARTAMENTO TCA, ROCKET NOW or LA MARZOCCO LINEA MICRA requires servicing and you would like your machine to be picked up from and returned to your home, please buy this service-product and follow the instructions below. Alternatively, you can bring the machine to our workshop in Goldach or to a qualified specialist dealer near you without incurring shipping costs.

The service includes complete descaling and replacement of all relevant seals and wear parts. Repairs are not included in the service. If repairs are necessary, we will carry out work costing up to an additional CHF 100.00 without consulting you first and invoice you afterwards. If the required repairs exceed this amount, we will contact you before proceeding.

Procedure:

1. Enter the serial number and a description of the fault during checkout, then click Save. (The 8-digit serial number can be found on the rating plate on the right-hand side of the machine, as well as on the original packaging and delivery note.)

2. Once we have reviewed your order, we will send you a special transport box via Planzer Paket. You will receive a separate email from Planzer with tracking information and options for managing the delivery. (If you do not consent to us sharing your email address with the transport company, please add a note to your order.)

3. Let us know when your transport box is ready for collection (info@kialoa.ch). We will then email you a return label. Please attach it to the transport box in a clearly visible position before collection.

4. We will arrange for the transport company to collect your box. The first collection attempt usually takes place the following day. If you are not at home, Planzer Transport will leave a note so you can arrange collection.

5. Once your machine has been serviced, we will return it to you by Planzer Paket. Please follow steps 3 and 4 again to return the empty box to us afterwards.
