If your ROCKET APPARTAMENTO, ROCKET APPARTAMENTO TCA, ROCKET NOW or LA MARZOCCO LINEA MICRA requires a repair after the warranty period has expired, or develops an issue that is not covered by the warranty in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, and you would like the machine to be collected from and returned to your home, please purchase this item and follow the procedure described below. Alternatively, you can bring the machine directly to our workshop in Goldach. The cost estimate includes opening the machine, a thorough analysis of the issue by our service team and the preparation of a quotation outlining the recommended repairs. The advance payment of CHF 190 is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the cost estimate.

 

Procedure:

 

1. Enter the serial number and a description of the issue during the checkout process and click “Save”. (The 8-digit serial number can be found on the nameplate on the right-hand side of the machine, as well as on the original packaging and the delivery note.)

2. Once we have reviewed your order, we will send you a special transport box via our courier, Planzer Pakete. You will receive a separate email from Planzer containing tracking information and options for managing the delivery. (If you do not consent to us sharing your email address with the transport company, please add a corresponding comment to your order.)

3. Please let us know once your transport box is ready for collection (info@kialoa.ch). We will then send you the return shipping label by email. Please attach it securely and visibly to the transport box before collection.

4. We will instruct the transport company to collect your box. The first collection attempt usually takes place on the following day. If you are not at home, Planzer Pakete will leave a notice with instructions for arranging the collection.

5. Once we have received your machine, we will inspect it and provide you with a quotation. If you accept the quotation, the machine will be repaired accordingly. You will receive an invoice for the additional costs stated in the quotation.

6. Once your machine has been serviced, we will return it to you by courier. Please follow steps 3 and 4 again to return the empty transport box to us afterwards.
